Event description

Description

A creative afternoon exploring the Quaker value of Equality. We will explore the question of what the world would look like if we really valued everyone as a unique human being. This will be an afternoon of creative work to explore the topic of equality, both individually and as a group.

This will all be followed by tea and cakes.

The exhibition in our barn will also be open to visitors. This exhibition contains information about William Penn and the Blue Idol’s history.

This event is part of the Horsham Year of Culture.

Accessibility Information

We have one designated disabled bays in the car park. There is a cement path from the car park to the meeting house, hovel barn and toilet block. The meeting house and hovel barn both have a small ‘threshold lip’. The garden can get quite sodden in wet weather so may not be suitable for wheelchairs in these conditions. We do not currently have a hearing loop; this is something we are researching.
