Overview

Involved in the livestock food system? Join our workshop to share your views and shape the future of food and farming in the Gwent Levels.

We invite livestock farmers and people involved in the livestock food system to join us for a workshop to imagine, discuss and create a collective vision for the future of food and farming in the Gwent Levels.

Through discussions based on your experiences and aspirations, your insights will help to shape visions that inform policy and support landscape-level collaboration.

This event is a chance to debate, design and network for the future of the Gwent Levels. Your experiences, views and ideas are essential!

The workshop is the first of a series of three from a UK-wide research project called “JUSTLANZ: Just transformation of food-farming systems: reconciling net zero and other land-use ambitions”. The project aims to better understand the perspectives of the farming and food sector in each of the four nations by having conversations with those directly involved.
