About Steph Graham

Steph is a consultant, fundraiser and producer who specialises in artist and organisational development. Steph has worked extensively for Arts Council England, developing the Artist International Development Fund, and assessing over £4 million worth of projects.

Before founding Adapt for Arts CIC, Steph worked at the Barbican, where she raised money for the centre’s artistic and creative learning programmes. Steph trained as fine artist, delivers workshops and training to individual artists, and is a trained project evaluator. Steph was part of the inaugural cohort of AFP Fundraising Fellows, and one of the first recipients of the Post Graduate Diploma in Arts Fundraising and Philanthropy from the University of Leeds.
