Who is the training for?
The training is open to all schools/professionals working across our service areas.
Whether you work directly with children and/or families in a school setting, youth and faith groups, social care, out in the community or within a GP surgery, young carers are everyone's business and play a vital role in supporting a family member.
The training strives to ensure all are mindful in identifying, acknowledging and supporting young carers and their families in order to access the same opportunities as their peers.
