Imbolc Day Retreat

A day retreat set in the beautiful Kent countryside. Our retreat space is a beautiful Grade II Listed Tudor Hall home, set in 28 acres of private land. A space to rest, recharge and find deep connection.

We will explore the practices of yoga, sound healing and self-enquiry. Harnessing the powerful energy of the ancient festival of Imbolc as we emerge from the depths of winter and approach the threshold of Spring.

The day will include 2x yoga workshops , an immersive sound bath and ceremonial circles, with a delicious plant based lunch served by our private on-site chef.

Enjoy a sauna, take an optional cold dip in the lake or pool or simply find space to relax in the natural surroundings. Rrefreshments will be offered throughout the day.
