IMG: Quality Improvement in General Practice with Mizanul Hoque

This session introduces learners to the importance of Quality Improvement Science in Primary Care and General Practice. It explores learning from other industries and then offers learners a very effective framework (The Model For Improvement) to guide the design and implementation of their own QI Projects. It is an introductory session which summarises key concepts taught to Master's Level Students at Queen Mary University of London and the University of Oxford.
