IMMERSE YOURSELF IN VIRTUAL REALITY WITH HOST

HOST, Media City’s Home of Skills and Technology, is inviting participants to get hands-on with virtual reality (VR) technology in its innovation labs. Join a one-hour session and get an overview of VR from the experts, learn about how it can be used in the real world before you play around with it yourself.

This event will give an introduction to immersion, which includes a short presentation followed by a play with our high-end Virtual Reality headsets (HTC VIVE pro). Each person will get a chance to see Google Earth in VR! This event will also focus on the creative opportunities presented by Unity tools and software, as well as the career pathway opportunities afforded by upskilling in Unity and immersive tech.
