Following the successful launch of our MUSIC AS MEDICINE program we are excited to make our next space for sharing in sound


The music as medicine series, Join us for an afternoon of interactive sound with movement and instruments. to inspire your being to activate, rebalance and support you to be who you were made to be.

Movement & Dance - Dance within your wave (or many waves) to engage and connect the body, the mind and the instincts with the moment. We dance in the silence immersed within the music. No steps to learn. Just listen and move where inspiration flows

Sacred Sound Bath - then relax and be guided by the vibrational sounds of our global and collective memories in a sacred sound bath journey.

Can I reserve a place?

All tickets are on a first come first serve basis.

Are sound events safe for everyone?

There are 2 main issues to be aware of. Volume and frequency. Those who are pregnant, who are post-operative, have hearing aids, a pacemaker, a severe heart condition, metal hips/joints or sound-induced epilepsy should seek medical advice before attending the Sound Bath or Dance event

What should I wear?

Loose comfortable clothing is recommended. The hall is underfloor heated so should be wonderfully cosy. We dance barefoot or in grip socks. Layers are ideal in case you get too hot / cold. A change of top to wear when you leave following the Ecstatic Dance may be welcome addition.

What should I bring

Think comfort and think about feeling good. Loose comfortable clothing. A change of top maybe. A pillow or rolled-up jumper to place under your knees (to support the lower back) and a blindfold may be usefuI in the Sound Bath . Also a yoga mat or similar + A Water bottle + your ticket

Can I pay on the door?

We have a limited number of places for the event so we recommend pre booking to ensure the place you'd like. Any unsold tickets will be made available on the day on a first come basis

I just want to dance. is that ok?

We understand that some people may only be able to attend one of the activities on the day. This is completely ok. Please let us know beforehand so we know to expect you and Please try to minimize noise and disruption as you arrive and leave

Nicole is a shamanic practitioner for over 15 years and a business owner leading a team of 10 stylists in a biodynamic organic salon.

Coleridge is a musician and DJ for 30 years specialising in world dance music also working alongside Nicole and touring the world to deliver DJ and live sets to festivals and venues

Both are coaches and just happen to be married with grown up children. We are now able to focus on giving to our communities
