1. Health Disclaimer

Breathwork can bring about intense physical and emotional responses. By attending this session, you acknowledge that you are in suitable physical and mental health to participate.

Participant Responsibility

You agree to listen to your body, pause or stop if needed, and notify the facilitator of any discomfort during the session.

You must follow the facilitator’s guidance and maintain respectful conduct throughout.

The session is open to adults aged 18+ only unless stated otherwise.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

Tickets may be transferred to another person if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance - events@fulhampier.com

In the event of illness or emergency, we may offer to transfer your ticket to a future session at our discretion.

4. Late Arrivals & Access

Doors close 5 minutes before the session begins to protect the experience for all participants.

Please arrive early to settle in and prepare for a calm and uninterrupted experience.

5. Session Environment

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring any items requested (e.g. water bottle).

Mobile phones must be switched off or on silent for the duration of the session.

We reserve the right to ask participants to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

6. Recording & Privacy

Audio or video recording of the session is not permitted without prior written consent.

Any personal information shared during the session or as part of the registration process will be kept confidential and in accordance with data protection laws.

7. Liability Waiver

By booking and attending this session, you waive any liability on the part of the facilitator or venue for any injury, loss, or damages that may occur during or after the session.

It is your responsibility to consult a healthcare professional before participating if you:
Are pregnant

Have cardiovascular issues (including high/low blood pressure)

Have epilepsy or seizures

Have a history of severe mental health conditions (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis)

Are currently taking medication for a mental health condition
By participating, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk.
