This event is in the beauitful venue-Monk Cottage sanctuary.

Arrive to a warm welcome from me Sophie!

We will cleanse and clear your energy on arrive so that you are feeling lighter from the minuite you arrive.

This hour session will involve listening to some turely unique sounds from some beauitful instruments played in a way, to take you on your own personal healing jouney.

Some of the instruments you may hear are the Native American Drone flute, Reverie Harp, Crystal bowls or Tibetan bowls with the possibility of some may more too!

A soundbath can help with relaxation, healing, aniexity strss releif and has so many heal benifits. come and try it for yourself.
