This is a full 60 minute sound journey using mediation and an array of instruments to sooth your soul.
Beds, blankets and eye masks are provided but please bring anything you feel might make you more comfortable, for example a pillow.
Parking is resident permit only in this area so you will need to arrive early to park just 5 mins away on London road.
