Immersive Yoga

Be immersed in a unique and dynamic immersive yoga experience in the STEAMhouse Digital Labs.

Our 9m-wide projector wall and Dolby Surround Sound will immerse you in bespoke audiovisuals created by the Syntropy team, who have designed relaxing Breath Pacers and Relaxation videos employing scientifically proven benefits of breathwork, art, music therapy, meditation, and emotion regulation.

The sessions will be led by our experienced yoga instructor, Katerina, whose yoga flow classes focus on listening to your body and moving in a way that feels good to you. The class will be suitable for all levels, and modifications and progressions will be offered. There will be an emphasis on exploring the balance of strength and softness within poses.

We have 10 yoga mats, so we encourage you to bring your own if possible. The yoga session will last 60 minutes with 30 minutes for winding down and experiencing the full custom visuals
