Immigration Advice Session for Hong Kongers in the North West

Many Hong Kongers have chosen to emigrate to the UK through the British National (Overseas) (BN(O)) immigration route launched in January 2021.

Please join Citizens Advice Bury and Bolton and our Accredited Immigration Services Manager, who has over 20 years experience of Immigration Law matters, for a webinar on Tuesday 7th June at 2pm which will help you better understand you or your family’s status on the BN(O) route, and your rights and entitlements in the UK.

During the webinar, we will give be discussing issues such as:

• Applying for Further Leave

• Applying for ILR

• Evidence Required

• English Language Requirements

• Costs

• Time limits

• Child Status -Born in UK

• Rights in the UK as a result of ILR

• Time outside the UK and how this will affect ILR applications
