About this event
Many Hong Kongers have chosen to emigrate to the UK through the British National (Overseas) (BN(O)) immigration route launched in January 2021.
Please join Citizens Advice Bury and Bolton and our Accredited Immigration Services Manager, who has over 20 years experience of Immigration Law matters, for a webinar Thursday 9th June at 10am which will help you better understand you or your family’s status on the BN(O) route, and your rights and entitlements in the UK.
During the webinar, we will give be discussing issues such as:
• No resource to public funds (NRPF) what this means
• Applying to lift the NRPF condition
• What ‘destitution’ means
• What evidence is required by then Home Office
• Consequences of applying to lift the NRPF
• Change of Visa conditions
• When to seek advice
