The panel will be chaired by Spencer Macdonald, National Secretary for LPD and RPD and include representatives from 2 key bodies: Samantha Perahia MBE, Head of Production, British Film Commission UK and Victoria Stone, Founder and MD of Cosmopolitan Production Services.
