1. Refund policy: Tickets are non-refundable within 2 days of the event.
2. Timely arrival: Please ensure you arrive promptly at the start of the event. The Meet & Mingle event will begin at 03:00 PM. Complimentary Pongal feast from 1pm to 3pm.
3. Photography & Filming: We will be capturing photos and videos of the event for marketing purposes.
4. Health and fitness: Entry will be refused without a refund if you arrive in an unfit or unhealthy condition, including but not limited to being intoxicated.
5. Behavior expectations: Attendees are expected to behave in a reasonable, friendly, and respectful manner. We reserve the right to remove any individual displaying unacceptable behavior, including but not limited to physical misconduct or inappropriate remarks. No refund will be issued in such cases.
