This session is designed for Nurses and HCA's involved in delivering Immunisations and Vaccinations.
The course is designed to help you recognise current issues, be aware of storage, areas to improve and to share best practice with immunisers within your area to increase uptake.
The session will also include the Influenza vaccination update.
This course will cover:
• Current issues in immunisation
• Any changes to vaccine recommendations or national policy
• Update on vaccine ordering, storage and administration
• Changes to legislation relevant to vaccination
• Review of current practice, recent vaccine incidents and identification of areas for improvement
• Case studies, scenarios and Q+A session to help embed learning
• Influenza vaccination Update
Please note feedback is mandatory and a certificate will not be issued until feedback is complete.
An outlook invite will be sent out 48hours after booking and a joining link will be sent out closer to the time of the session so make sure the email address you have provided is accessed before the session.
If you are booking more than one person on the session you need to ensure an email address is provided for each person
