iMoveFreely Session
This session combines breath and movement to help you feel more confident in the way you move. The aim is to support daily activities, reduce the risk of injury and build confidence in everyday life.
Many participants also find added benefits, such as easing certain symptoms and reducing stress and anxiety.
The session is suitable for all levels, whether you’re just starting out or already active. Regular physical activity is one of the best things you can do for your health - fun, safe and beneficial for both body and mind.
