Impact Booster - Strategy in a Box
This is the second workshop of the 2025 Impact Booster Programme! Delivered by Harlaxton College in partnership with South Kesteven District Council and funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, the programme will run from 10th November 2025 to 28th February 2026.
The workshop and programme are available to residents and pre-start, early start, or social economy organisations based in South Kesteven with an income below £50k per annum. In addition, pre-start and social economy organisations based outside the district but operating within it for the benefit of the community of South Kesteven District can apply.
Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting out, this workshop is designed to give you the tools you need to take your strategy to the next level. You will explore the importance of strategy, including participatory models of strategy development and approaches that enhance the impact of social economy organisations.
