Event description

Description

Impact sessions we will be running throughout November, December and January. Each of these sessions will be hosted by either Professor Chris Tuck (Director of Impact and Knowledge Exchange) or Professor Sarah Sharples (Associate PVC for Research and Knowledge Exchange).

Whilst there are some strong examples of impactful activity across the faculty, there are many activities and good stories of which we are unaware. These sessions are aimed at helping us understand your ideas, to enable all colleagues to better understand what constitutes a REF Impact case study as distinct from other impactful activities and to identify how we can best support colleagues in developing Impact Case Studies for REF 2021 and beyond.

There are a number of dates and times available. It is expected that all those with academic positions that undertake research will attend one session. As each session has a maximum capacity we ask you to register to enable us to best manage the sessions.
