Join us for the Imperial Business (IB) Pitch Final, where student start-up teams from Imperial College Business school will pitch to a panel of investors and compete for a £5000 cash prize!


The start-up teams will be sharing their final pitch with you following a customer discovery journey over the Summer supported by a £500 grant from Imperial Enterprise Lab and business coaching.


This exclusive event is an opportunity for investors, representatives from accelerators, incubators & grant providers, as well as new Imperial Business School students, to get a first look at some of Imperial’s brightest talent!


IB Pitch 2019 Finalists:

vFund - Shawn Du, Jil Schwarz and Alex Zhou (MSc Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management)

An app that syncs with your credit card to automatically issue fast, hands-free VAT refunds for overseas travellers by detecting purchases abroad.

Null - Pippa McCully, Christian Bentlage, Deepak Mittal, Sofia Varela and Elma Hage (MSc Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management)

A line of zero-waste natural fragrances in easy to use biodegradable pods.

Stellair - Kunling Li, Mingbo Lin, Yakun Liu and Zitong Huang (MSc Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Management)

A cooling mechanism that creates a continuously comfortable microclimate inside buildings via physical and biological processes.

Horus Medical - Sara Imani and Tony Okafor (BSc Business & Management)

A live streaming and on-demand video platform where certified medical professionals can stream themselves talking about various conditions for the benefit of patients and relatives.

Esme MumyCare - Marciha Musharat, Zian Wang, Winnie Luk, Sarah Teja, Ahnaf Shah and Shamita Yasna (MSc Strategic Marketing)

Providing high-quality disposable underwear for mums in their postpartum period.

Reef Mbility - Fabio Di Memmo, George Clarkson, Umair Patel, Flavio Menichino, Simone Di Cicco and Irene Liao (Executive MBA & Weekend MBA)

An app that allows bus companies to track their assets, gather data to improve their service and design smarter routes based on demand.
