These sessions are designed for project leader working with individuals work stream tasked, to use business transformation and operating models in their organisation. This is an alternative to consultancy; here our underlying assumption is the initiative's leader and their participants are capable and confident in the task, with some guidance and advice. What is missing from their project is the trusted colleagues and support to help them make it happen reliably and effectively.

The pace of activity is dictated entirely by the group's needs and specifics of their change initiative. While the cohort has a Business Compass organizer, different expertise will be available for the different sessions as they progress.

These cohorts are open to participants from different organisations who want to share experiences yet retain a measure of confidentiality. For larger organisations a private cohort can work for a single business, bringing all of the various activity and work package leaders together. Cohort start dates are by agreement and normally run for two years. Shared cohorts can be Pay As You Go.

We strongly recommend that participants stay within their own cohort, to assist the organizer in providing a continuity of advice and expertise. However, participants can switch between shared cohorts as their timing and need requires.
