This is the implementation session for session 3 of the Welcome Richmond Hospitality business accelerator.
This session will focus on how you can attract more customers by creating compelling offers that attract business.

- How to identify the right marketing channels for your business
- Strategies to entice new customers
- Developing commercial partnerships to reach new audiences
This is a powerful session that will allow you to increase your businesses revenue and profitability.
Ray Lavery and Helen Roberts will show you how to develop a simple yet powerful sales plan. You will identify your best routes to market and how to chose your main platform. They will also discuss the power of local and how you can work collectively to support and help each other to boost exposure.
You will also be invited to a follow up business implementation session two weeks later so keep an eye on your emails. Here we can answer any questions you have and will be able to assist you implement the outcomes of this session in your business.

Welcome Richmond is a brand new programme of business support for all hospitality & tourism businesses in Richmond Upon Thames. It is part of the Phoenix Enterprise Programme. It has been put together to help small hospitality businesses through these challenging times. The programme will support pre-start, start up and SME’s across the hospitality industry who have been hit hard by Covid-19. The programme runs from December 2020 until November 2021.
