In this second participatory workshop, Jerry uses stories, role plays and short talks to explore many questions about Implementing Sociocracy:

• How to design an Agenda that works for everyone?

• How to facilitate effective ways to take difficult Decisions?

• How to make it safe to deliver or receive hard-to-hear Feedback?

• How to build clear doable measures into Proposals?

• What are common mistakes in implementing Sociocracy?

• What can we do to improve implementation Processes?

• How to stay connected to others in the Sociocratic world?

Jerry chooses the questions to focus on and frames the content in response to attendees’ needs. This session will give you a roadmap for introducing Sociocracy in your own organisation and some of the skills needed to implement Dynamic Governance.

Trainer Biography: Jerry Koch-Gonzalez
Jerry is a certified trainer in Sociocracy and Compassionate Communication (NVC), focusing on governance, decision-making, communication skills, and Restorative Circles. He is a founding resident of Pioneer Valley Cohousing, a community of 32 households in Massachusetts, using Sociocracy since 2012.

With Ted Rau he wrote Many Voices One Song - The Sociocracy Manual* published June 2018 and has taught Sociocracy workshops in many countries, including USA, Canada, Brazil, and Italy.

Participation Fees
We are very keen that finance should not be a barrier to participation. Suggested fees* are on a sliding scale with employed people paying £45, organisations £65 and contributions £25. Scroll down for ticket type + indicate additional needs, accommodation & travel requests on booking!

Discounts: Organisations sending more than one person get the second and subsequent people at next lower rate. Anyone attending both days gets second day at next lower rate. Note: Bring and Share Lunch!
