About this event
This training is ideal for DSLs and Senior Leaders looking to develop a safe and supportive culture through the use of Supervision. This training includes:
• What supervision is and how it can benefit school staff
• The statutory requirements and other guidance relating to supervision in education
• Sharing resources and templates to undertake group and 1:1 safeguarding supervision and supervision t support staff wellbeing
• Example questions to ask during supervision
• Supervision role play / practical discussion
This training will be delivered remotely via Zoom at a cost of £75 per person.
