Event description

Description

Do you often find yourself falling prey to your inner critic? A recent study revealed that 66% of women and 56% of men experienced imposter phenomenon (or imposter syndrome) last year. Whilst getting more exposure in the media recently, many people who suffer from symptoms associated with imposter phenomenon, such as a sense of intellectual fraudulence and chronic self-doubt, particularly around their work, cannot put a label on what they are feeling. Hosted by the Full Potential group, this session will aim to provide some information on the topic. We will also hear from two Senior Civil Servants, Jan Jones and Rachel Skentelbery, who will be sharing their experiences of feeling like an imposter in the workplace.
