Imposter Syndrome - A talk with Mary Prior KC

In a talk for the Midlands Asian Lawyers Association, Mary Prior KC, Head of 36 Crime and Chair of the Criminal Bar Association (2024–2025), will share her journey from growing up in a council house in Stoke-on-Trent to becoming a KC.

She will explore how imposter syndrome can hold back career progression and how recognising your own abilities can open the door to promotion, higher-quality work, greater enjoyment in your career, and ultimately a happier, healthier life.
