About this event

When was the last time you woke up feeling rested? Do you feel a difference to how you feel and work when you are rested?

Sleep was the original theme for Mental Health Awareness Week 2020, as it not only significantly impacts our physical health, but also impacts our mental health. Sleep also costs UK organisations nearly as much as mental health does annually!

This workshop will cover:

- The science behind why sleep is so important for our overall health and work.

- How to support yourself to get enough quality sleep.

- How to support others to prevent sleep deprivation and recover from it.
