In this workshop, you’ll learn the secrets of social interactions as you practice improvisational skills of listening and responding – in the moment.
We will guide you gently through improvisation exercises with side-coaching and group feedback so that you can:
- Feel more confident and relaxed when speaking to colleagues, customers, family, friends and strangers
- Learn how to express yourself so the other person gets the message
- Listen so that other people know they have been heard
- Master the art of turn-taking
