We all do it! We spend a third of our lives doing it... and yet, when a good night's sleep has become illusive, our mental and physical health is badly affected.
Using techniques and the latest knowledge, Bunty helps people to turn the tide back and bring quality sleep back into their lives.
Join Bunty where the workshop will give some of the science; give clarity and understanding of what works and learn some techniques to help improve your sleep and produce your own personal sleep plan. There will be some tasks to complete in between the workshop and then a one-to-one session.
Places are limited to eight per workshop. To book your place, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. A pre-course questionnaire will be emailed out to you and payment will be expected before the workshop begins. Assessment of each workshop takes place to ensure their quality and development.
