Event Details

Ensuring students pass their courses isn’t enough anymore. Value Added and progress measures have evolved to measure learners progress from a particular starting point. Instead of only focusing on student’s pass rates colleges must concentrate on getting high grades.

Ofsted Inspections are now increasingly focusing on progress measures. This workshop is designed to help you improve your college Value Added (progress) Scores.

The workshop will provide you with an overview of Value Added and progress Methodologies and will support you to develop an action plan for your college. This action plan will look at the overall Level 3 progress measure as well as the maths and English progress measure. It will help identify what you should do better and what steps you should take to improve your colleges score.

This practical workshop will include case studies to demonstrate how these colleges have achieved consistently high scores.
