We are delighted to invite you to our October Improvement Community of Practice in which we continue our theme of the future of work. In this workshop we will explore strategies for radical change, how the need for disruptive innovation and transformation sometimes requires different approaches. We will challenge the status quo, look at disruption as a driver for change, and consider the benefits and disbenefits of deliberately causing disruption in order to make change happen.
