Improver Coaching: Session 3

What are these sessions?

The sessions will consist of a mix of drills, instruction & training games.

Most of the slots have been purchased already as a block of 4. We're offering the remaining spaces individually to allow those with limited availability to take part.

Who's this for?

These sessions are designed for players looking to develop their skills, movement and game play from social badminton to club level play. 

What do I need to bring?

Your badminton gear, plenty of water, and as much energy as you can. We'll provide the shuttles and all the rest.
