To better understand how Essex County Council can support schools more effectively, a comprehensive review was recently undertaken to evaluate school IT support services.

What this means for schools:

Following the outcomes of this review, and as recently communicated at Primary School Forum on the 10 July, Entrust Support Services will now deliver the Essex School IT provision, enabling you to access cost savings, school focussed customer service and a wider range of education technology support (such as safeguarding and online safety, GDPR support, as well as Apple and Google Education support) all under one new provider and ultimately, helping you to get the most from your investment in technology.
