About this event

These workshops are focused on your mental wellbeing and helping you realise your full potential; it allows you to explore and experience techniques to improve mental health, wellbeing and resilience.

Therapeutic horsemanship does not involve riding and no prior experience with horses is required. It is an innovative way of learning, that allows people to experience activities in new and engaging ways. All our workshops take place in a safe and supportive environment, and their informality enables participants to relax, express themselves freely and find common ground with others.
