Improving oracy and confidence with creative learning

We’re kicking off our 2025–26 CPD series with a dynamic session focused on boosting oracy and confidence through creative learning.

In this practical, one-hour workshop, we’ll explore how drama, music and movement can unlock children’s voices - helping them to express themselves with clarity, creativity and confidence. Whether you're supporting shy speakers or looking to enrich language, this session will equip you with playful and creative strategies to embed oracy into your everyday teaching.

Improving oracy and confidence is crucial for children's learning because it empowers them to express ideas clearly, engage actively in discussions, and build the communication skills essential for being successful academically and in life.

Delivered via Zoom and packed with inspiration, you’ll also receive a resource pack full of activities to try out in your school straight away.

Perfect for all primary teachers and educators with an interest in creative approaches to oracy and communication.

Spaces are limited, so sign up now!
