Event description
Join Dr Siva Sivappriyan, Consultant Endocrinologist on 25th January 2022 for an interactive seminar on Improving Outcomes in Diabetes.

About this event

Diabetes care needs to change to accommodate new evidence, improve cardiovascular and renal outcomes, the patients and also weight loss. The audience will study the new evidence on GLP 1 agonist / SGLT2 inhibitors and how to introduce them, by revising the traditional treatment.

Dr Sivappriyan will also discuss ABCDE which is the approach of providing comprehensive care in diabetes.

This is an interactive learning session and we encourage you to ask questions throughout the session. You are welcome to bring your own case studies for discussion.

The event will be held virtually, from 7:00pm – 8:00pm on Tuesday 25th January and you will be sent an invite with joining instructions 24 hours prior to the event.  Following the event, a link from Survey Monkey will be sent to you where we would appreciate your feedback. You will receive your certificate and lecture slides (if permitted by the Consultant).
