Maths in Science- easy to use strategies to support students

Mathematics in science continues to be an area of challenge for students in science. This session will focus upon some of the key skills required to have a positive impact on students understanding and attainment with ready to use approaches to start using straight away.

The course leaders Amanda Clegg and Karen Collins are experienced science teachers, leaders and presenters. They are co-authors on a variety of well received publications which include: KS3 Science Now, Grappling with Graphs, AQA GCSE Science Now and AQA GCSE Science (9-1) Maths in Science Practica Pack.
