This workshop will focus on the importance of sleep, how to calculate sleep efficiency and factors affecting sleep. You will gain an understanding of the importance of routine in relation to sleep and learn some techniques and pointers enabling you to proactively tackle your current sleeping habits in order to form a better relationship with sleep.

This workshop is for Merton residents (18+) only, or those who are registered with a Merton GP.
When signing up for this workshop, you will be required to complete a registration form and a wellbeing questionnaire over the phone or on-line with a member of the Wellbeing team.
