Sound has been used for thousands of years to help improve health and wellbeing.
In this workshop, we bring ancient knowledge together with easy to digest 'new' science to demonstrate how sound can be used in an easy way to make positive changes to your life.
There are some simple, fun exercises which include the use of mantra, singing bowls, chimes, drums and more.
You will learn some quick pick me up exercises and stress busting techniques.
This workshop would suit anyone wishing to improve their health and wellbeing, those who are interested in self-development, sound therapy and possibly music therapy and mantra.
The cost of this full day is £55 including lunch and refreshments. Places are restricted to 5 people.
