Improving your Pitch - Storytelling and making an impression (all day workshop)

This full day session is for you to practice your pitching skills and get some expert help.

Hannah McDowall will be running a session on the powerful technique of Storytelling.

Tim Foster will present on Making an Impression - an invaluable coaching session on how to handle nerves on a big occasion and ensure that you get off to a good start with your presentation.

This session is also designed to tell you what the judges will be looking for at our pitch events.

Attend this practical, hands on event to learn how to deliver a successful pitch, to receive feedback and to understand what needs to be in your pitch for an OBSEA award. Pitch for Real to our panel of friendly judges to receive constructive and valuable feedback on the style, structure and content of your presentation. Your pitch could be based around your proposed Try It or Do It application - or we'll give you a topic to help you practice.

You are strongly advised to attend this session if you are pitching at the Dragons' Den event on Wednesday 1 March 2017.
