A short webinar looking at the importance of sleep and how to improve it.
There is a reason why we spend a third of our lives sleeping! Sleep as a function supports every part of our bodies and when we do not get enough sleep or the right sort of sleep it can have drastic detrimental effects on our physical and mental health!
As a coach and therapist, the two things I work a lot on are Breathing and Sleep. Although people are usually working with me for a cognitive change, the function of these two things cannot be underestimated. Good Sleep is as important for good Mental Health and Wellbeing as nutrition, exercise and the way we think.
Join us as we take a quick look at what sleep actually is - the functions it provides and why good sleep is very important. On top of this we will look at some top tips for improving the quality of your own sleep.
