Improvisation or ‘Improv’ is a performance art that involves making decisions on the spot and under time pressure, for enjoyment, confidence and team-building.

Learn about the art of improvisation with light-hearted activities designed to focus on your ability to be attentive and adapt quickly to any situation. This session was created with researchers in mind, involving plenty of games that develop focus, creativity and public speaking skills all while being entertaining and fun!

This session will help you to:

- Stay present in the moment

- Be attentive to those around you

- Be more spontaneous and creative in your work

- Be more open and positive

- Be great at public speaking

- Be open to new opportunities
