Improvisation 'Taster'

Welcome, Fool.

This one-hour session is the first step. It is a concentrated dose of spontaneity, designed to pull you out of your head and into the moment.

We will move through a series of simple, high-energy exercises to unlock play, sharpen your instinct, and introduce the core principle of unscripted creation.

The Goal: To give you an immediate, direct experience of intuitive action and see how it feels. This is the perfect, low-risk way to see if this path is for you.

The session ends with details on how to step directly into the full Beginner's Character & Flow workshop immediately following. You may join if there is space.
