Event description
Jen Rowe (of Impromptu Shakespeare) leads this stand-alone online class exploring improvisation using Shakespeare's language.

About this Event

Shakespeare contributed over 1,700 words to the English Language, and used established words in new and inventive ways; he created beautiful imagery through the use of simile and metaphor; and he relished puns and double entendre. In this workshop we'll explore the way Shakespeare used language, and how we can use it to create beautiful, dramatic (and funny) scenes.

Part of a series of stand-alone online workshops run by members of Impromptu Shakespeare. Join us as we delve into the glorious details of improvising the Bard! Pick a workshop that takes your fancy, or come to them all and geek out!
