More than a “sticking plaster”: Understanding the demands and identifying the resources to create sustainable senior leadership in Welsh education provides deep and challenging insights into the experiences and challenges faced by headteachers and other senior leaders in education in Wales. Join Dr Ali Davies in conversation with colleagues from the education sector as they explore the issues surrounding the well-being of educational leaders, as well as identifying recommendations that can be utilised by all tiers of the education sector to nurture a culture, where the well-being of leaders is prioritised.

Dr Ali Davies is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist (Employee Well-being) with Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University (ABMU) Health Board.
