As part of Small Charities Week starting from 17 June 2019, the Trustees of Children of the Mekong and Riffi Khan, founder of Sunflower Productions, would like to invite you to an exclusive invitation-only event “In conversation with Children of the Mekong: Why giving back is good for you.”

This event is an opportunity to focus on a fast growing and influential small local charity, Children of the Mekong, and delve deep into the stories behind the people who make it all happen. Why do they do it? What do they get out of it? What are the challenges they face?

The evening will be hosted by Riffi Khan, Creative Director of Sunflower Productions. Riffi Khan was previously a TV producer and director who has made prime-time documentaries and shows for ITV, Channel 4 including Hell’s Kitchen, Come dine with Me and I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here.

A Short documentary film will be previewed during the evening on the extraordinary life of a young Cambodian adult sponsored by Children of the Mekong.

Small Charity Week celebrates and raises awareness of the essential work of the UK’s small charity sector and Children of the Mekong, is small charity in your local community.

The beautiful setting for the interview has been kindly provided by Hotel Xenia in Kensington.
