'In Conversation With' Event

Join us for this online 'In Conversation With' Series event with Family Lawyer, Hannah Saxe.

Breaking up is hard, and navigating the legal side of a relationship breakdown can feel even more overwhelming, especially for neurodivergent individuals. In this lunchtime conversation, join a neurodivergent lawyer to explore the key legal basics of separation, including rights, processes, and available resources.

We’ll also discuss helpful accommodations and strategies to make the legal journey more accessible and manageable. Whether you're currently going through a breakup or just want to be informed, this session offers practical guidance in a supportive space.

She also advises on protective measures such as pre- and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements and is a recognised expert in modern family and LGBTQ+ services such as surrogacy arrangements, donor conception and co-parenting agreements and adoption.

When it comes to children arrangements, Hannah is an expert in making and defending applications to relocate with children (both within England and Wales and overseas), domestic and international adoption, surrogacy and fertility law, allegations of sexual, physical and psychological abuse, applications by grandparents for access to grandchildren, parental alienation, fabricated or induced illness, parents and children who are neurodivergent and drug and alcohol dependency.

She also has specialist expertise in advising cohabiting couples on relationship breakdown, both in terms of resolving issues relating to property and securing financial provisions for children.

In relation to financial matters, Hannah acts for clients with assets of all levels but has particular experience in dealing with cases where the assets are complicated and high value, emergency measures (such as freezing injunctions) are required or there are international elements.
