Founded in 2021, during the Covid Pandemic, Right Aligned was launched to empower the creators of tomorrow by sharing the story of people working in design today. Our aim has always been to go behind the portfolio because we believe in broadcasting honest conversations that give everyone the opportunity to thrive. Our future is firmly set on becoming a leading destination for virtual content that regularly discusses the issues that matter the most to our community.

What is Right Aligned? We are an online events that’s been made to empower creative people. Our programme is centered around conversations that address the issues our industry faces and we feature students, graduates, juniors, freelancers and founders. We are passionate about providing open and honest content that gives everyone the opportunity to build a successful career in design.

What themes do you cover? We began with a series of conversation-led talks because we wanted to go beyond the portfolio and champion the people behind the work. We now have a programme that includes panel debates around essential themes including mental health, women in design and creative burn–out. We are continually adding new collections and delivering content that our community request.

Are tickets available? Most definitely. We have partnered with Eventbrite because this is one of the quickest and safest ways for you to buy tickets online. Our current programme of events is available here and if you subscribe you’ll be notified when new dates are announced, allowing you access to priority tickets and early–bird offers.

Is it possible to support Right Aligned? We are always looking for people and businesses that share our values and understand the importance of making creative industries accessible to all. Do you host physical events? Right now, our focus in on developing engaging and insightful virtual experiences that impact on our global community. We currently feature guests from across the world including UK, USA and Australia so digital events allows us to do this seamlessly. However, we have been speaking with groups that are interested in hosting in–person events across Europe and beyond. This is something we are continuing to explore and develop.
