Join one of Winchester’s professional guides for a 90 minute walking tour, starting at Winchester Visitor Information Centre.
Have your smelling salts at the ready as we explore some of Regency Winchester’s biggest scandals. Learn about the infamous elopements, criminal conversations and dodgy elections that shocked and entertained Regency high society in equal measure. An ideal companion tour to the Jane Austen’s Winchester, George Shepherd’s Regency Winchester and Georgian Style & Society tours in this 250th anniversary year of Jane Austen’s birth.

Tickets are £12 for adults, £5 for children (under 16)
Child Ticket - You will need to undertake a separate second transaction to the one used to purchase the adult tickets in your group. When booking for the children select the number of children's tickets you require under general admission category, enter the promotional code CHILD and click apply. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Carer Ticket - Tickets for an essential carer are free. You will need to undertake a separate second transaction to the one used to purchase the other tickets for your group. Please select one ticket under general admission category, enter the promotional code CARERFREE and click apply. This allows the tickets to be purchased for free.
Tickets can be bought via Eventbrite until 9am on the morning of the tour. After this any remaining tickets can be purchased in the Visitor Information Centre.
